We're looking for an experienced landscaper to join our small, friendly company.
We're a Cambridge based garden design and build company that specialises in domestic garden renovations of a high standard.

We are looking to recruit an experienced landscaper to form a key part of our team and manage the site several days a week.
Essential requirements:
Outstanding levels of customer service
Minimum 3 years verifiable experience of hard landscaping, ideally more. (please do NOT apply if you do not have this!)
Experience working with natural stone paving, porcelain and brick/block paving.
Experience building decks, especially using hard wood decking boards.
Experience using a range of hand and power tools and a solid understanding of how to operate them safely.
A clear understanding of the customer experience and how to engage with clients in a friendly and constructive manner.
Site management experience including health and safety, site setup and space management (eg. in a small garden).
Team management - we are a small team so we do not expect candidates to have experience of shift patterns or HR, but the right candidate will understand how to lead and motivate a small team, including semi skilled labourers.
• Ordering and materials estimating. Candidates are not required to quantity estimate for an entire job, but will need to be able to make estimates of immediate material needs and be confident placing orders.
Fence construction, principally feather edge and decorative slatted fences.
A clear understanding of the workflow over the cycle of garden construction
Drivers licence
Desireable skills and experience
Rendering
Blockwork
Bricklaying
Carpentry
Plant knowledge
Qualifications in relevant fields - this is not essential but candidates who do not have qualifications will be required to clearly demonstrate their understanding of the work.
Immediate start with a contract to run until December 6th with possible extension into next year for the right candidate.
Full time, 5 days per week.
Comepetitve salary paid pro rata for the employment period.
